I feel like there's a cloud hanging over me.
It's constantly raining.
I'm stuck in the shadows.
It's hard to breathe.
I'm drowning in the rain.
I'm being swept away.
Then you reach out for me.
A light in the darkness.
You pulled me out of the rain, the flood.
You said "don't worry, calm down."
You took time to be a hero, my hero, a friend.
You gave me hug and made promises of a better day tomorrow.
I'll always owe you, because you woouldn't let me drown in my sadness, my darkness, my unconciousness.
And for that i thank you a million times over, for that alone.
You didn't let me drown, sink, or fall.
Sadness is an unbearable feeling and it takes true friends to pull you out.
